This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or buy from this store, why we use it and the choices you have.
Who we are. This store is operated by MODERNION S.L, Carrer dels Sornells 20, 46006 València, Spain ("we", "us"). We are the data controller. Contact: support@fresh-deal.com.
What we collect.
- Contact and order details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, items ordered.
- Payment details: handled directly by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, collected with cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages you send us, for example support requests.
How we use it, and why.
- To process, ship and support your order (performance of a contract).
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (our legitimate interest).
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal duties (legal obligation).
- To send marketing emails, only if you opt in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve the store and our ads, only with your cookie consent where required.
Who we share it with. Only with the providers we need to run the store: Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment providers, our order-fulfilment partners and suppliers who prepare your parcel, and shipping carriers. Analytics and advertising partners receive data only if you accept those cookies. We may disclose data when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers. Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States or China). Where that happens, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (in Spain, generally 6 years). Other data is deleted when no longer needed, or when you ask us and the law allows it.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy (portability) and to withdraw consent at any time. Email support@fresh-deal.com. If you're in the EU, you can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority. Depending on where you live (for example, some US states), you may have similar rights to know, correct and delete your data; we'll honour them in the same way.
Cookies. We use essential cookies to run the store and cart. Other cookies (analytics, advertising) are only used with your consent, which you can change in the cookie banner.
Children. This store is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes. We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
