These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are. This store is operated by MODERNION S.L, Carrer dels Sornells 20, 46006 València, Spain. Contact: support@fresh-deal.com.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.

3. Products. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos and illustrations may differ slightly from the item you receive. Our detectors help you find devices that transmit a signal, have a reflective lens or use a magnet. No detector can find every hidden device, and we don't guarantee that yours will.

4. Lawful use. Use our products responsibly and in line with the laws where you live, including privacy laws.

5. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any discount shown at the time of purchase. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already confirmed. If a price or product is listed by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

6. Orders. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud or if an item is unavailable. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds. These are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property. The text, images, design and code of this website belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

11. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
